What is VLT?

Volunteer Leadership Tallahassee (VLT) was borne from the Leadership Tallahassee Class 42 Class Project with idea of giving back to the community. During our year long initiation into LT, we recognized that we touch so many sectors of society that were distressed and wanted the LT42 Class Project to reflect on these sectors and support where needed. Instead of LT 42 coalescing with one major final project, we wanted to provide a more systemic approach to giving back by organizing smaller “volunteer work days”.

The first year of these “volunteer work days” will be completed by LT42 in a compressed time line for completion of the final project. After LT 42 smooths out the process, we will open up volunteer days for everyone in Leadership Tallahassee.
